Trending Mom — Exchange Policy

We want you to feel happy with your little one’s purchase. We offer exchanges only for eligible products, rather than returns for a refund due to a change of mind.

Request an exchange within 48 hours

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us preferably within 48 hours, and no later than 72 hours after delivery. Ordinary exchange requests received after this deadline cannot be accepted. This deadline applies to submitting your request, not to the parcel reaching us.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags, packaging and any included accessories intact. Exchanges are subject to inspection and replacement availability.

How to request an exchange

Email support@trendingmom.shop with your order number, reason for exchange and preferred replacement size or product. Include clear photographs if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.

Please wait for our approval and shipping instructions before sending anything back. Any applicable shipping charges or price difference will be explained before you proceed.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue. The exchange-only restriction and 72-hour deadline do not limit any mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law, including refunds where required.
